Fox Sports, the famous sports dedicated channel, has its Latin American version which airs 24 hours. Fox Sports Latin America (http://msn.foxsports.com/fslasc/) began in 1995 with a sport section in the channel Fox Broadcasting Company in Latin America and only offered the best games of NLF.
Today, Fox Sports has different channels Latin America. Fox Sports North Cone is available for Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Venezuela and Colombia, and is transmitted by DIRECTV. Fox Sports South Cone (Argentina) is available in South America with exception of Venezuela and Chile. In Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean the channel can be seen by SKY. Fox Sports Basico (basic) and Fox Sports Premium are only available in Chile.

It has three editions on Monday to Friday and two editions on Saturdays and Sundays. The program has its focus on what happens in sport in South America. It has correspondents in Bolivia, Peru, Chile, Paraguay, Colombia and Uruguay and also in Europe. Fox Sport News emerged on 28 July 1997 and is the first Spanish pan-regional news program. It reaches more than 20 million households and is broadcast in 21 countries.

This was a very interesting post, thanks for sharing the information. I always though of Fox Sports as being local to the united states, and didn't think much about it being an international company. I am glad to hear that it is covering other country's sports instead of just our own.
