Nightlife in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires is known for its night life. You can go out from Monday to Monday and many places stay open until dawn. There are a variety of shows, bars, restaurants and discos for all styles.

The night usually starts just after 22 hours, for dinner at a restaurant, or at 23 if you want to go to a bar.

The gastronomic offer in Buenos Aires is excellent. The city has many grills where you can eat the best beef in the world, and restaurants of all nationalities: a mixture that reflects the cosmopolitan identity of Buenos Aires.

Puerto Madero, Palermo Viejo and Cañitas are the right places to go to dinner. Eat pizza in The Immortals (Buenos Aires is known for its pizza) and meat, in Cabaña las Lilas and in Rodizio.

In www.baresdebuenosaires.com, you can find a review of the best bars in town. Do not miss classic bars like El Tortoni or La Viola and also go to Niceto, In Palermo, Million, in Recoleta and El Gran Bar Danzon, in Retiro.

Another option is Tango shows, the famous dance of Buenos Aires. There are several places where you can enjoy a complete show. The proposal usually includes a local dish, as empandas or asado, and then you can enjoy dancers, singers and bands that display the grace of Tango. Señor Tango and Michellangelo are some of the most famous shows.

Nightlife in Buenos Aires is varied. There are several clubs (called boliches by the porteños) for all tastes. Please note that these open late, around one in the morning. Porteños arrive after 2:30 and leave at 6. We recommend Pacha, Jet, Rumi and Museum.
